What You’ll Do: As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, delivering top-tier service, and building lasting relationships. Your role includes:

• Providing personalized recommendations and exceptional assistance to our clientele.
• Keeping up with the latest industry trends and product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets by upselling and cross-selling our premium products.
• Building and nurturing client relationships, both in-store and through follow-up communication.
• Assisting with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Ensuring a seamless customer experience across all platforms.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

What You’ll Bring: We’re looking for candidates who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a drive for excellence. Whether you have previous experience in the optical industry or not, we’re excited to help you succeed. Ideal qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in the tech, eyewear, or luxury retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle challenges.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating a POS system.
• Previous experience in luxury sales or the eyewear industry is a plus, but not necessary.
