The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role oversees quality assurance processes, conducts audits, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across operations. The Quality Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues, implement corrective actions, and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization. Key responsibilities include managing quality documentation, training staff on quality standards, and ensuring products and services meet established specifications.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or similar/related program required
Experience: In lieu of education demonstrated related experience in a manufacturing setting may be considered. Experience working in the paper or corrugated industry preferred
Computer Skills: Experience with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI and other Windows based programs.
Certificates and Licenses: HACCP, CQE, CQA (not required but beneficial). LEAN Six Sigma certification is a plus.
