About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and oversee shift operations in the manufacturing of steel tubular products. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a production crew and coordinating with multiple departments, including Shipping, Quality, Production Planning, Cutting, and Maintenance.

Compensation & Perks:

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually + Incentives
Incentives: Weekly Production Bonus & Attendance Bonus 

Shift: Monthly Rotations:

• Days: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
• Midnights: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Sun–Thurs)

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise day-to-day operations across Mill, Shipping, Slitter, and Quality Departments
• Provide technical expertise and ensure all team members are trained properly
• Review operating reports and address any operational or maintenance issues
• Troubleshoot equipment and tooling problems to improve efficiency and quality
• Build and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Conduct evaluations and handle disciplinary actions in partnership with HR and management
• Enforce and promote workplace safety practices (Atlas Tube Inc. & MIOSHA standards)
• Document and report incidents, injuries, and operational delays
• Collaborate with management to deliver production goals and maintain high safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the steel industry
• Proven track record managing teams of 45+ employees
• 3+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor
• 3+ years of mill manufacturing experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with steel tubing, steel pipes, or related steel products
• 3+ years of experience with health & safety policies, training, and enforcement
