Job Details Job Location : L175 Marion - Marion, IN Salary Range : Undisclosed Job Shift : Second Shift Description Full - Time: Starting at $13 per hour Shift A: Sunday 11am-7pm, Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm Shift B: Tuesday-Friday 2pm-10pm, Saturday 11am-7pm Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. Employee Assistance Program Free employee Black Card Membership including one free Black Card Membership for a direct family member Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervisors are responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience! Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script Check members in, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members Enforce club policies and procedures with members Provide cleaning support throughout the facility as required by management Provide backup support for absent staff members Qualifications Job Requirements: Customer service experience High school diploma/GED equivalent Must be 18 years of age or older Basic computer proficiency Physical Demands: Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
