**Job Title: Member Services Representative**

**Job Overview:**
Planet Fitness is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Member Services Representative (MSR) to join our team at the Appleton East location. As an MSR, you will be the face of Planet Fitness, providing exceptional customer service and support to our members. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure every member has a positive and welcoming experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet members and potential members with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide accurate information about club amenities, memberships, and ongoing promotions.
- Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively and efficiently.
- Assist members with the check-in process and ensure adherence to club policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the front desk and lobby area.
- Process new member sign-ups and membership changes using our computer system.
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and motivating club environment.
- Participate in club-wide initiatives and promotions.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- A positive attitude and passion for fitness and health.
