Pharmacy Assistant (Clerk) Hawaii Pacific Health Honolulu, HI CPS Solutions is seeking highly motivated and customer service-oriented pharmacy professionals who want to elevate their career to the next level. We are currently conducting a search for a Pharmacy Assistant (Clerk) to join a growing team of colleagues at our Hawaii Pacific - Straub location in Honolulu, HI , to provide administrative, clerical and customer support to the pharmacy through various activities. Pay rate: $19-$21 per hour based on experience, plus bonus Responsibilities: Greet and serve pharmacy customers in-person and via phone in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Look up pharmacy customers in computer system to determine status of orders. Escalate and communicate any issues to pharmacy liaisons as appropriate. Operate pharmacy point of sale (POS) system to accurately process prescription transactions. Troubleshoot billing issues with pharmacy customers via phone. Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and faxes daily. Order pharmacy and office supplies for the site along with placing orders for business cards, forms, certificates and other printed documents as needed. Order mailing supplies (FedEx, USPS, etc.) and packing/shipping supplies (coolers, bubble wrap, order form paper, etc.) Order non-routine courier service as needed, maintain routine and non-routine courier records, and help resolve any issues with the pharmacy courier service. Maintain compliance standards and accreditation requirements (temperature testing, shipping verification). Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent degree Effective interpersonal and communication skills Provide a high-level of customer service Excellent organization skills with an attention to detail Basic computer skills including experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook And bonus points if you have: Developing a career in the pharmacy field by pursuing a pharmacy technician license Hospital Requirements: (may be required)

• MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity
