We are currently hiring a Personal Training Manager for our Ottawa location.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Marketing and selling our personal training packages to members within the club.
• Scheduling and conducting one-hour fitness consultations with members to demonstrate how proper exercise and diet under the guidance of our trainers will get them the healthy results they desire.
• Recruiting new clients by engaging with existing members on the workout floor.
• Minimum member contacts per day. Must make 40-60 phone calls a day to our existing and prospect member base.
• Client outreach for delinquents and referrals to help increase monthly revenue. 
• Work alongside the General Manager to ensure cohesiveness in the club and to ensure club success.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Personal training certification or fitness related degree required.
• Must have, or able to obtain, current and valid CPR/AED certification
• Tireless and persistent work ethic.
• Passion for the fitness industry.
• Energetic, motivated, and goal oriented.

Compensation 

Base pay plus commission will average $40k to $50k per year depending on your production.

Schedule:

Non-busy season (April through December): Monday through Wednesday 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Thursday and Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We work a rare partial Saturday during this time.  

Busy season (January through March): Monday through Wednesday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Thursday and Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Two Saturdays a month (Five hour shifts).
