Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a board certified/board eligible Pediatric Intensivist to join our collaborative and dedicated team in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Your Practice at a Glance

• Team Based Care -Join a multidisciplinary PICU team that includes, pediatric hospitalists, subspecialists, advanced practice providers, and dedicated nursing staff.
• State of the Art PICU -Work in a 4 bed PICU designed to provide expert critical care for pediatric patients with complex needs, where you will lead the care team, supported by full subspecialty expertise, in areas such as pediatric cardiology, neurology, surgery, and more.
• Pediatric Transport and Transfer Support- Partner with a dedicated pediatric transport team to provide seamless regional transfers, ensuring critical care is available when needed most.
• Advanced Imaging, Pediatric Sedation, and Specialized Nursing Support- Leverage advanced services to drive exceptional patient outcomes, ensuring the highest level of comprehensive, compassionate care.
• Professional Growth and Development- Access CME funding to support your continued education and professional development, helping you stay at the forefront of pediatric critical care.
