Outside Sales Consultant

About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll learn and master direct sales techniques in an exciting, high-energy atmosphere. and generate sales on your own in the field, at company-sponsored events, and through inside sales funnels. Liberty offers live transfer leads to top consultants each week. You will pave your way through the Manager-In-Training program, and work towards building and leading a sales team, and earn overrides on their success. This role has upward mobility, with strong income potential.

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Experience in sales (Business to consumer preferred)
• High energy, competitive nature, and integrity.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and dedication to customer service.
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in sales management and leadership

Compensation and Benefits

• Earning Potential: $100k+ expected in your first year, with no earnings cap.
• Base Salary: Up to $3,000 per month
• Commission: 17.5% commission rate per sale ($800-$1500+)
• Overrides: 2.5% override per sale available on team members ($100-$250)
• Bonuses: Generous performance bonuses and additional incentives.
