Job Type: Full-Time - Hybrid - 3 days onsite

About Us: We are a leading organization operating in a highly regulated environment, committed to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a skilled Oracle Database Developer to join our dynamic team and lead the migration from Fieldglass to Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the migration of data from Fieldglass to Workday, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and optimize PL/SQL code to support database applications.
• Design and maintain complex data models to support business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure robust data security and privacy measures are in place.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience as an Oracle Database Developer, with a focus on PL/SQL and Data Modeling.
• Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
• Experience with data migration projects, particularly from Fieldglass to Workday, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and engage in technical discussions.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Experience in the Banking/Finance/other Highly Regulated industries is a huge plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Workday integration and configuration.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the industry.
• Project management experience.
