Operations Support Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately enter data for timekeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Provide general office support including scanning, mailing, and reception duties
• Generate and review reports for accuracy
• Coordinate meetings, events, and employee engagement activities
• Assist with onboarding new employees and managing fleet logistics
• Maintain office supplies and administrative records

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
• 0–1 year of administrative or support experience (utility/engineering industry a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with standard office software and equipment
• A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
