Job Description

As the Operations Manager at CrewSight, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management to our operations department. Your role will encompass managing and optimizing all aspects of our operational functions, ensuring seamless execution of processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our company's competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

• Supervise and lead the day-to-day operations of CrewSight, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health of various operational functions and take proactive measures to improve performance.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize operations.
• Maintain inventory, including identifying and managing minimum/maximum stock levels, Placing stock orders, and streamlining inventory processes.
• Assist in the implementation of SAP and Salesforce

Team Management

• Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.

Process Improvements

• Continuously review and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to streamline workflows and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Implement best practices and industry standards to drive operational excellence.

Quality Assurance

• Establish and enforce quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of service and product quality.
• Develop and maintain documentation for operational processes and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Budget Management

• Assist in the development and management of the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements while maintaining quality.

Customer Onboarding

• Act as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their specific needs and goals.
• Develop and execute tailored onboarding plans for each customer, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to CrewSight's platform.
• Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they are proficient in using our solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, working to resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a technology or software company.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
