Key Responsibilities

Emergency Response & Medical Care: Â Act as the primary responder for trauma, illnesses, and injuries, providing on-site care and stabilizing patients for potential medical evacuations (MEDEVAC).
HSE Compliance & Safety: Â Conduct, monitor, and enforce health and safety procedures, including risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
Medical Administration: Â Manage, inventory, and maintain medical equipment, supplies, and documentation, including daily medical logs and health records.
Occupational Health: Â Implement health surveillance programs, monitor work environments for hazards, and manage industrial hygiene.
Training & Hygiene: Â Deliver health and safety training to personnel, ensure hygiene standards, and coordinate with onsite management and onshore doctors. Â

Required Qualifications & Skills

Licensure: Â Certified Nurse, Paramedic, or equivalent medical professional.
Certifications: Â Often requires specialized training like BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training), offshore medical certificates, and advanced life support certifications.
Experience: Â Previous experience in occupational health, emergency medicine, or industrial settings is typically required.
Skills: Â Strong communication, emergency management, computer proficiency for reporting, and ability to work in remote/remote-offshore locations. Â
