Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Licensed Occupational Therapist to serve a K-12 student population in a full-time, onsite role in Redmond, WA. The position spans from the current school year through June 12, 2026, with potential continuation into the 2026-2027 school year under contract terms. The role supports a diverse caseload of approximately 70 students, ages 3-22, across the district, working collaboratively with an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students aged 3 to 22 across multiple school settings.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings to support student success and compliance with educational mandates.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy license is required.
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage a large caseload effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Location: Redmond, Washington (Onsite only)
