Description

Occupational Therapist at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is full time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

The practice of occupational therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families as well as to foster a positive working relationship among professionals and ancillary staff. Position requires general supervision.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy school.
  • California Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years - Occupational Therapy.
  • 1 year - Rehabilitation experience.
