Pay Range: $35$45 per hour (based on experience and licensure tier)
Caseload: 810 students or fewer
Positions Available:
Federal Setting III EBD Teacher
Serve students with Emotional or Behavioral Disorders (EBD)
Work in a specialized setting focused on structured behavioral and academic support
Building-Level ASD Support Teacher
Provide support to middle school students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Deliver tailored interventions within the general education setting
Collaborate with staff and utilize IEPs to support student success across academic, behavioral, and social domains
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students unique learning needs
Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal special education laws
Communicate regularly with families and participate in IEP meetings
Requirements:
Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (Tier 14 accepted)
Experience working with students in EBD and/or ASD settings preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a team-based educational environment
Passion for working with diverse learners in a middle school setting
