• Communicate with insurance providers to resolve claim-related issues effectively.

• Assist in implementing best practices to streamline claims processing workflows.

• Proficiency in medical billing, coding, and claims processing.
• Strong understanding of ICD-10 coding standards and medical terminology.
• Experience working with medical charts and claims data.
• Ability to manage high volumes of claims and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with healthcare insurance policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
