\nGENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
\nThe role oversees the organization’s communications plan and drives global marketing operations. It develops and implements internal and external strategies to ensure consistent messaging that promotes the corporate identity in line with our vision, mission, and values.
\nThe role coordinates marketing operations worldwide, aligning campaigns, processes, and resources with regional teams. It engages with global team members to represent employees and ensure marketing needs are met efficiently.
\nThe Lead also coaches and partners on communication planning for change initiatives, acting as a central connector for communications and marketing operations to support organizational alignment and execution.

\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
\nExperience: 5+ years of professional experience; preferably in communications and/ or marketing operations

\nEducation: Master’s degree
\nExperience: 7-10 Years of communications and/or marketing experience

\nLoram determines compensation based on factors such as skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. Certain positions may be eligible for an annual bonus and paid time off in addition to base compensation.
\nStarting pay for the position is between $75,450 - $113,250
