About the Role

Key responsibilities for the Managing Director of Philanthropy include working closely with the Founder and Board, leveraging a powerful network of corporate leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and philanthropic partners, and leading a team of five fundraising professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in philanthropy, be adept at movement-building, and have a strong commitment to the values of economic justice and wealth equity. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to steward relationships, and a culture of excellence, and is driven by the transformative vision of the organization.
