Their team is dedicated to excellence in every case—and that includes the behind-the-scenes transcription work. We're looking for a skilled Part-Time Legal Transcriptionist to help our client transform legal recordings into polished, court-ready documents.

What You’ll Do:

• Transcribe audio recordings of legal proceedings, dictations, client interviews, and correspondence
• Edit and proofread transcripts for accuracy, grammar, and legal terminology
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict ethical and legal standards
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and formatting
• Exceptional listening and typing skills (80+ WPM preferred)
• Experience with transcription software and tools
• High attention to detail and time management skills
• Discretion and professionalism—confidentiality is a must
• MUST HAVE Prior legal transcription or dictation experience
