Junior Project Manager – San Diego Division
About the job
Junior Project Manager – San Diego Division
Ross Construction Management (RCM) is hiring a Junior Project Manager to support our San Diego-based reconstruction portfolio. This entry-level role is designed for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and looking to grow into a full Project Manager position. The Junior Project Manager will work directly under the San Diego Project Manager and assist with HOA reconstruction projects throughout the region. While this role is primarily San Diego-based, occasional travel to the RCM office in Tustin (Orange County) may be required for additional training and support on South OC projects.
The ideal candidate is reliable, a fast learner, able to anticipate next steps, and comfortable interacting with clients, contractors, and vendors. We’re a small, fast-paced team looking for someone who wants to build their construction management career with us.
Training will be conducted primarily out of our San Diego office, with a few trips each month to our Tustin office for in-person mentorship and broader team coordination. During the training period, the Junior Project Manager will also attend select client lunches and marketing events with RCM’s Director of Development to gain exposure to relationship-building and industry communication practices.
At the conclusion of the 16-week training period, an assessment will be conducted by RCM leadership to evaluate the Junior Project Manager’s performance and potential path for long-term employment within the company.
