Required Skills & Experience
\n· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
\n· Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry
\n· Strong ability to document business rules, workflows, and process logic
\n· Experience creating decision trees, process maps, and data dictionaries
\n· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Visio
\n· Excellent analytical and communication skills
