A leader in the B2C financial industry is hiring a Junior Business Analyst in Irvine, CA for a full time position, onsite 2 days a week.

Junior Business Analyst Perks:

Junior Business Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Mortgage.
• Proven experience documenting business logic and creating process flows.
• Strong ability to break down complex business rules into logical components.
• Understanding of mortgage concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Visio

Junior Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Business Logic & AI Training.
• Document mortgage business rules, decision trees, and if-then scenarios.
• Map business logic for AI platforms.
• Iteratively train AI models with business logic.
• Prepare documentation for AI model training on all platforms.
• Test AI outputs across all platforms.
• Process Analysis & Documentation.
• Analyze mortgage workflows and identify decision points.
• Document Business Logic Data Dictionary.
• Create test scenarios and maintain business rules repository.
