This client is seeking an experience Investment Banking Associate with a strong background in healthcare to join the New York office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers on strategic advisory assignments, including complex M&A transactions for leading healthcare companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day execution of transactions across healthcare verticals.
• Develop and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations.
• Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of investment banking experience, with a focus on healthcare strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in M&A and/or capital markets transactions.
• Exceptional analytical, modeling, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong academic background in finance, economics, or related field.
