Position: Insurance Compliance Analyst – Agency Commercial Mortgage Loans

Location: McLean, VA (On-site, 4 days/week)

1 Year contract- Full Time W2

Pay Range: $38.00-$40.00 hourly


 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to support insurance compliance for agency-backed commercial mortgage loans (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, HUD). This role involves reviewing and interpreting insurance policies to ensure they meet agency requirements for loan compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  Insurance Background : Strong understanding of commercial insurance, with the ability to read and interpret complex insurance policies.

  Mortgage or Agency Experience : Experience working with agency lending programs (Fannie, Freddie, FHA, HUD) is highly desirable. Professionals from a mortgage or servicing background may have transferable skills suited to this position.

Location Requirement:

This role is based in our McLean, VA office and requires on-site presence four days per week .

Job Description:

In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

\t
• Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution. Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution.

\t
• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

\t
• Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.

Required Qualifications:

\t
• 6 plus months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Pay Range: $38.00 - $40.00

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
