Job Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical tasks with minimal supervision; take ownership and show initiative.
  • Train and support junior electricians; lead and coordinate projects and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including transformers, breakers, wiring, and lighting.
  • Install and test circuits, equipment, and appliances using appropriate tools and instruments.
  • Operate and maintain HVAC systems, utilities, and process equipment.
  • Maintain facility infrastructure: motors, controls, fire alarms, lighting, cranes, and hoists.
  • Respond to emergencies and utility outages; support contract and service work.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams.
  • Work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties.
  • Ensure safety compliance and report issues promptly.
  • Support upgrades and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Program and troubleshoot robotic systems.
  • Oversee engineering projects from start to finish within budget and timelines.
  • Understand and support company quality policies and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Minimal travel required.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with Audo Cad / Auto Cad Electrical.
  • Excellent Troubleshooting skills In PLCs, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems for production machinery. 
  • Completion of an Electrician Apprentice Program, Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; some combustion system knowledge preferred.
  • Proficient in relay logic, industrial controls, and reading wiring diagrams/engineering drawings.
  • Excellent attendance, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, safety- and quality-focused; works well with minimal supervision.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; operate shop equipment (e.g., hoist, forklift, scissor lift).
  • Mechanically inclined; able to work in confined spaces, at heights up to 50 feet, and climb ladders.
  • Must distinguish wire/component colors and be committed to continuous technical learning.
  • Able to interpret job-related specifications and procedures.
  • Experience with Lean tools -- Value Stream Mapping is a plus

Language Skills

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, professional journals, and regulations.
