We are seeking an HVAC Service Manager for our new Austin, TX location. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Manager position include:

• 3+ years of experience in an HVAC Service Manager or Operations Manager role
• Supervise and mentor HVAC technicians and office staff, ensuring a high-performing team culture
• Coordinate daily schedules and monitor technician routes to ensure timely service delivery
• Lead daily meetings with dispatchers, supervisors, and technicians to align operations
• Manage hiring, training, and retention of top talent
• Oversee ordering, scheduling, quoting, payroll, and PTO management
• Ensure quality control of service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales teams to grow service contracts and manage departmental performance

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
