We are currently hiring a Housekeeper/Room Attendant for a well-known and reputable hotel located in Rogers, AR . This position offers a great opportunity to join a respected hospitality team and contribute to providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. The Housekeeper/Room Attendant will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel by ensuring guest rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and ready for occupancy.


As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant , your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and preparing guest rooms to the hotel's high standards. This includes changing linens, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, restocking amenities, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness expectations. Attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently are key to success in this role.


The hotel provides uniforms to team members after training, but to begin, all Housekeeper/Room Attendant candidates are required to wear black slacks and black non-slip shoes . Maintaining a neat and professional appearance is essential.


Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including bathrooms, floors, and bedding
• Change linens, restock toiletries, and ensure all guest amenities are replenished
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
• Report any maintenance issues or room damages to the appropriate staff
• Follow hotel guidelines for health, safety, and sanitation
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods
• Must wear black slacks and black non-slip shoes ; uniform shirt will be provided after training
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality service
