About Sagefrog

We have a simple mission at Sagefrog: To accelerate our clients’ success through brand building and integrated marketing. We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team.

This partial client-facing role designs a wide variety of marketing materials for print, web, and video helping execute a full-service menu of marketing strategies and tactics for B2B clients.

Graphic Designers are exceptional creatives, skilled at transforming concepts into engaging visuals. Our Designers are flexible and thoughtful in adapting their ideas to meet client expectations.

Candidates must live within 50-miles of Doylestown, PA, as monthly in-person meetings are required.

About the Role

The Impact You’ll Make:

· You’ll help our clients bring their brand’s vision and value to life through engaging visuals

· You’ll collaborate with an awesome team of designers, writers, digital marketers, and developers

· You’ll contribute to an award-winning company culture with positive energy and new ideas

· You’ll work independently in an entrepreneurial environment that provides opportunity

The Skills You’ll Have:

· Proficiency in the entire Adobe Create Suite, including After Effects and Figma

· Demonstrated experience designing for print, web and video

· Exceptional typography skills that bring polish and professionalism to all applications

· Experience preparing files for print and large-format production

· Ability to move quickly and develop ideas under pressure

· Natural critical-thinking and time-management skills; can design to a deadline

· Detail-oriented: you love consistency and uniformity more than most people

· Bachelor’s degree and a few years of marketing experience; agency experienced a plus

A Day in the Life:

· Greet your teammates on Slack or in the office, reporting to one of our Art Directors

· Pour a cup of coffee, check your list for the day and week, and prioritize your tasks

· Roll up your sleeves to design an email, social media graphics, and landing page

· Switch gears to dive into logo concepts for a brand looking to reinvent their image

· Work on a brochure layout, applying already-established brand assets in a fresh way

· Join a few team calls, walking through your latest design and requested client edits

· Wrap up the day by logging your time and preparing for tomorrow’s schedule
