Overview

The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader. This position is key to the success of an individual restaurant. The GM is focused on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize our profits, satisfy our guests, and develop our teams. This position reports to the District Manager.

Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with a focus on achieving sales goals while delivering quality guest experiences.
• Develop and coach employees to improve performance and adherence to company policies and practices.
• Utilize established systems and processes to maximize profits and guest satisfaction and to develop the team.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to drive results.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years management experience
• High school education
• Quick Service Restaurant experience required
• Valid Driver's License
