A Little About the Role: Full-time, salaried position with benefits (vacation, sick time, personal days). Manage daily operations of our farm stand, including employee scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control. Oversee displays, product stocking, and ensure a seamless flow of customers. Collaborate with other department managers and expedite orders. Flexible hours with some weekends and holidays required. Compensation: Hourly $22‑$26/hr with usual benefits of vacation, sick time and personal days What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of retail experience. Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and internet tools. A positive attitude and strong employee management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and with a team.
