Position Summary: Were looking for experienced, full-time gutter installers who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and want to be part of something bigger than just a job. Youll be installing high-quality gutter systems, working outdoors, and building real craftsmanship into every home you touch.
Key Responsibilities: - Install K-style, half-round, and fascia-style gutters on residential homes
- Measure, cut, and securely fasten gutters and downspouts
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Use ladders, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and crew members
- Follow our systems, training, and quality standards
What You Bring: - 2+ years of experience in gutter installation or related trades (roofing, siding, etc.)
- Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops in all seasons
- Strong work ethic, team mindset, and professional attitude
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Bonus if you have OSHA certification or ladder safety training
Compensation & Opportunity: - $22$30/hour depending on experience, with opportunity for percentage pay
