Temp Executive Assistant

Pay: $35-$40/hr

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Schedule: Onsite Mon.-Thurs., WFH Fri.

Our client, a notable beauty and personal care brand , is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-level support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has an appreciation for the industry .

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-scope executive support to one leader, acting as their right hand
• Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing meetings
• Serve as a gatekeeper—understanding shifting priorities and making real-time adjustments
• Book and manage all travel arrangements, including the creation of detailed travel itineraries
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for meeting and scheduling needs
• Ensure seamless coordination of meetings, logistics, and follow-up actions
• Be highly responsive to emails and requests, with availability as needed
• Proactively identify and solve problems, flag potential issues, and make thoughtful decisions
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated Executive Assistant role
• Proven ability to manage heavy calendars and complex scheduling with precision
• Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to think ahead, stay several steps in front of the executive, and adapt quickly
• Comfortable navigating dynamic priorities and fast-moving environments
