Setup Winks is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning and execution of corporate and social events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations. You will work closely with our Event Managers to coordinate logistics, liaise with vendors, and handle on-site event support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all details are arranged.
  • Help manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Assist with post-event evaluations and reports.
  • Maintain strong communication with all parties involved to ensure the success of each event.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
  • Flexible schedule to work during weekends or evenings as needed.
