*Who We Are*

At the Law Office of Andrew Rowe, P.A., we help families protect their futures through estate planning and un-contested probate, without the drama (in court or in the office). Our firm is built on systems, structure, and a dash of humor. We are very passionate about our work, we believe in excellence, ownership, and gratitude, but also memes, congratulating a job well done, and an oddly heated debate over bottled vs canned Diet Dr. Pepper.

Andrew is an idea guy with a knack for designing systems and solving problems, but dont expect him to rally the troops with motivational chants or chase you down on deadlines, thats not his jam. Hes looking for someone who can match his passion for helping families, respect the systems hes built, and actually enjoy a 40-hour work week.

*Who You Are*

A seasoned estate planner 7+ years in estate planning/probate:

* Licensed and in good standing with the Kansas Bar.
* An absolute powerhouse when it comes to diagnosing the best way to get an asset through probate economically.
* Mastery over estate planning laws, but unlike other attorneys, you can explain something like the Secure Act to a client without its typical chloroform-like side effects.
* Personable, genuine, and client-friendly, whether your audience is anxious, aggressive, or somewhere in between.
* Independent, reliable, and allergic to micromanagement.
* You are comfortable selling legal services our clients actually need (we dont do used car trust packages).
* Excited about process, automation, and checklists (if you hate CRMs, this isnt your love story).
* Someone who just wants to practice law and work with clients, not run a business.

*What Youll Do*

* Run estate planning and probate matters from consult to closing.
* Lead client consultations with warmth, clarity, and the occasional well-timed dad joke.
* Collaborate with paralegals and our drafting team, reviewing, refining, and finalizing documents.
* Deliver seminars and meet with referral partners (bonus points if you enjoy public speaking).
* Keep clients happy, cases on schedule, and Andrew free to monologue about vision, or whatever new automation he is working on.
* Generate ~$500700K in annual revenue (dont worry, our fee structure makes this realistic, if not simple for the right fit).

*What Success Looks Like*

* Clients walk away saying, Wow, that was excellent, I didnt know it was going to be that easy.
* You get to be proud to produce said excellent work without burning out.
* You embrace the systems, use the systems, and maybe even improve the systems. (Theyre there to support you anyways by taking away the mundane tasks)
* Andrew trusts you to run the legal work while he works on the visionary stuff.
* While estate planning requires in-person meetings, much of the probate process can be done remotely. Beyond that, how you structure your week is up to you. Want to cluster appointments into four days and keep one day free for deep work? Prefer to mix in remote drafting days? Go for it. We care about outcomes and client satisfactionnot clock-punching.

* $125,000 base salary + bonuses tied to performance (Have more credentials? We can adjust salary accordingly...we are looking at you, JD/CPA/LLM).
