Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring Entry-Level Recruiters to join our award-winning Chicago team! Entry-Level Recruiter Responsibilities: 

  • Build relationships with candidates across multiple industries 

  • Conduct interviews to assess skills, interests, and career goals 

  • Partner with internal sales team to provide outstanding client service and fill roles quickly and effectively 

  • Learn how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement 

  • Leverage social media, job boards, and networking events to attract top talent 

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience every step of the way 

Entry-Level Recruiter Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred 

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

  • Competitive spirit with a drive to win and exceed goals 

  • Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn from industry leaders 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment 

  • Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote) 

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Base salary is $60K and OTE is $80-110K.
