Role Overview: We're seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to lead email strategy across nearly 40 live and virtual endurance events. You'll manage campaign execution from start to finish, maintain email calendars, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling content that drives engagement and results. Key Responsibilities: Design and build marketing emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Develop and manage email calendars for your assigned events. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns. Use dynamic content and templates to scale communications across multiple markets. Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations. Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and industry standards. Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years of hands-on email marketing experience. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder; certifications preferred. Experience with AMPscript and SQL is a plus. Familiarity with Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and other SFMC tools. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to design mobile-friendly, user-optimized email layouts. Comfortable working under tight deadlines and in remote environments. Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
