Location AdventHealth Palm Coast – 1 ADVENTHEALTH WAY, Palm Coast, 32137 Schedule Full Time – Day shift. The role you'll contribute: Responsible for promoting patient and family centered care by collaborating with key stakeholders, hospital administration, and Nursing and Quality leadership. This position develops and monitors a strategic plan for consulting and education for patient experience, leveraging evidence-based best practices. Additionally, this role identifies organizational opportunities for delivering a superior patient experience based on customer feedback, proactive consultation, experience survey results, and analysis of patient survey comments. In addition, this position serves as the entity champion for HCAHPs, OAS-CAHPS, and Outpatient surveys within the acute care setting. This role contributes to the overall improvement of patient experience across the organization. The value you'll bring to the team: Collaborates with the Executive team and Department leaders to assist with action plans for patient experience surveys. Leverages analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills to lead, direct, and facilitate the creation and deployment of improvement initiatives and change projects. Provides appropriate communication to facility stakeholders regarding patient service-focused initiatives. Provides administrative and data analysis support related to patient experience survey results. Assumes responsibility for developing proposals, implementation, and communication plans for assigned special projects.
