Job Details Our Direct Marketers are paid hourly at $23/hour, PLUS uncapped bonus and commission. Bigger picture shows our current team making an average of $23 to $36 hourly after bonus and commission. We provide on the job training to get you started in the field through our Renewal by Andersen methods, and offer a supportive atmosphere to propel your growth within the company. If you are good with people, energetic, and have a positive attitude, you will excel in this role. What you will be doing: Attending weekly meetings at our Fresno office to discuss weekly plan and results Approaching homeowners and speaking with them about their window and patio doors - our marketers generate leads through traditional door-to-door outreach Through customer approach and conversation, you'll be setting appointments with customers, to meet with our Design Consultant team so they may provide in-home consultations What we offer: Paid hourly, with an additional uncapped bonus compensation plan Paid training Mileage reimbursement after a certain amount of round-trip miles in a day Renewal by Andersen uniform provided, including cold weather gear to protect you during those chilly days Rapid growth within the company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and supplementary benefits PTO at an accrual rate that equals 112.08 hours in a calendar year 8 Paid Holidays PLUS a holiday off of your choice 401k with employer match Requirements Valid Driver's License Reliable vehicle, as this position will require the use of a personal vehicle daily Acceptable driving record under our company's insurance guidelines 3-6 months experience in canvassing, sales, face-to-face marketing, or related field High level of self-motivation as the work is done individually Excellent communication and problem solving skills Exceptional customer service skills Comfortable working outdoors Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Able to lift 20lbs Renewal by Andersen was named one of the best employers for women in 2023 by Forbes, and one of America's greatest workplaces in 2023 by Newsweek.
