Responsibilities include:

• Leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
• Providing high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
• Conducting comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnosing dental conditions
• Offering treatment planning options and discussing them with patients
• Maintaining an awareness of the budget and working with the Operations team to meet financial objectives
• Mentoring and coaching new dentists and dental professionals
• Staying updated with new developments in dentistry through continued education
• Networking with professional groups and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental in the community

Qualifications:

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Experience in a dental practice setting preferred
• Ability to lead a team and provide excellent patient care

This position is full-time, with a salary range of $200,000 - $300,000, and offers implant training and flexible scheduling options.
