How You'll Make an Impact Develop and implement database strategies, architecture, and standards to ensure data integrity and security. Monitor and optimize database performance, including tuning queries and managing indexes for efficient data retrieval. Oversee regular maintenance tasks, ensuring database reliability and availability. Provide expert-level support for resolving database issues and implementing corrective measures. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience. 4 years of additional work experience can replace the Bachelor's degree requirement. Proficiency in database management systems such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Strong knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and security practices.
