This role is a unique opportunity to blend your artistic vision with technical expertise, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with AI-generated content. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, collaborating with visual prompt authors and content creators to define the next generation of visual experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine AI prompts that translate creative concepts into high-quality visual outputs, including images and templates.
• Ensure the long-term effectiveness of AI prompts, guaranteeing consistent quality and visual fidelity for users.
• Leverage your design expertise to ensure generated visuals meet the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality.
• Collaborate with visual prompt authors and content teams to optimize prompts for maximum visual impact.
• Maintain content consistency with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Efficiently manage a substantial workload, balancing quality with scalability.
• Adapt quickly to evolving technologies and integrate new tools and techniques into your workflow.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in visual content creation using generative AI models/platforms.
• Portfolio showcasing expertise in visual content creation and a grasp of current design trends and styles.
• Exceptional visual, written, and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting unique and reliable AI prompts while adhering to copywriting principles.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities within a collaborative setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Receptiveness to constructive feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Familiarity with content development, moderation workflows, and related tools.
• Understanding of third-party rights and diversity & inclusion considerations in AI content generation.
• Experience with typography best practices.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.21 to $44.68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
