Our client, an industry leader in construction and safety management, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager Wisconsin to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager Wisconsin, you will be part of the safety and compliance department supporting project teams across Wisconsin. • Supervise and coordinate safety activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Implement safety measures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits, identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety documentation and report on safety performance metrics.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in construction safety management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
