Community Outreach Coordinator Wanted

We’re a growing Personal Injury law firm looking for a Community Outreach Coordinator to assist our Marketing department. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Outreach Coordinator to develop, implement, and manage outreach programs that strengthen our connection with the community we serve. The ideal candidate will be a relationship-builder with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop partnerships with community organizations and advocacy groups
• Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and educational programs
• Create outreach materials including flyers, presentations, and digital content
• Serve as a primary point of contact for community inquiries and concerns
• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the firm's reputation and visibility
• Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and public statements
• Create content for the firm's website, blog, and marketing materials
• Represent the firm at networking events and professional associations
• Manage the firm's social media presence across multiple platforms
• Create engaging content that educates the community about legal rights and safety
• Collaborate with marketing team on digital advertising campaigns
• Develop materials to help clients understand the legal process

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience with media relations and press release writing
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the firm professionally
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Personal Injury law firm experience
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations or community-based programs
• Knowledge of local community resources and networks
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Understanding of legal advertising ethics and compliance requirements preferred
