Role Summary

We are excited to offer a 2nd shift opportunity at our Flowserve Center of Excellence Manufacturing Center. In this role, you will:

• Manufacture Flowserve components using cutting-edge CNC and automation technologies
• Set up and operate new CNC machining equipment dedicated to a family of Flowserve components
• Contribute to a model of next-generation manufacturing and product fulfillment

Your Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Operate basic equipment and machines while performing routine tasks
• Manage operations by following established processes
• Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines
• Ensure operational compliance with quality standards
• Utilize precision measuring instruments effectively
• Read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances
• Communicate courteously with team members
• Understand and align with organizational policies and procedures
• Take on additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing or repair environment
• Proficiency in operating CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, and manual lathes/mills
• Clear and effective verbal communication skills
• The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize activities efficiently
• Basic understanding of safe work systems

Preferred Skills/Experience

• High School Diploma/GED
• CNC Editing / Programming experience
