Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled AWS DevOps/ SRE Engineer to lead the architecture, automation, and reliability engineering of our cloud infrastructure. This role will design and implement scalable DevOps solutions in AWS, while applying SRE principles to ensure high system availability, reliability, and performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an AWS DevOps or Senior SRE Engineer.
- Deep knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Route 53, etc.).
- Strong experience with Terraform , CloudFormation , or AWS CDK .
- Expertise in containerization technologies ( Docker , EKS , ECS ).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git).
- Strong scripting skills in Python , Bash , or Shell .
- Experience implementing monitoring and alerting solutions (CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, ELK).
- Understanding of SRE practices , including error budgets, toil reduction, and automation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
- Experience in managing multi-account AWS environments using AWS Organizations and Control Tower.
- Knowledge of service mesh (e.g., Istio) or service discovery patterns.
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare).
