About the Role:

The Clinical Psychologist will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive psychological services to individuals across diverse populations, aiming to improve their mental health and overall well-being. This position involves conducting detailed psychological and neuropsychological assessments to diagnose mental health conditions accurately and develop tailored treatment plans. The Clinical Psychologist will provide evidence-based psychotherapy and facilitate group therapy sessions to support clients in managing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. Additionally, the role includes offering clinical supervision to junior staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Ultimately, the Clinical Psychologist contributes to advancing behavioral health outcomes through compassionate, ethical, and scientifically grounded practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid and current license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting psychological assessments and delivering psychotherapy.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical supervision principles and experience providing supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a clinical or hospital setting.

  • Additional credentials in trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
  • Research experience or contributions to clinical psychology literature.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough psychological and neuropsychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing psychotherapy techniques tailored to client-specific conditions.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to address a range of psychological and behavioral health issues.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior clinicians and trainees to support their professional development.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
