*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) to lead and oversee the clinical operations of our healthcare organization. In this pivotal role, you will drive excellence in patient care, ensure compliance with industry standards, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping clinical strategies, managing multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining high-quality service delivery aligned with organizational goals. *Responsibilities*

* Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all clinical services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements such as JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) standards.
* Manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, therapists, operations, and administrative staff to promote a cohesive and efficient work environment.
* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies through regular audits and staff training.
* Collaborate with executive leadership to develop clinical programs that enhance patient outcomes and organizational growth.
* Oversee therapeutic management activities, including case reviews, treatment protocols, and utilization review processes to optimize patient care pathways.
* Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement by analyzing clinical data, implementing best practices, and encouraging staff development initiatives.
* Maintain effective communication channels across departments to facilitate seamless patient care coordination and operational efficiency.

*Requirements*

* Proven experience in healthcare management with a strong background in medical management and clinical operations.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively while inspiring excellence.
* In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards such as JCAHO, and quality assurance processes.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to develop strategic plans and execute them efficiently.
* Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with staff, patients, regulatory bodies, and community partners.
* Active and unrestricted clinical license in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe).
* Approved Clinical Supervision Credentials required (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe).
