Your Responsibilities:

• Accurately diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices
• Provide top-notch customer service throughout the repair process
• Stay current with the latest technology and repair trends
• Work closely with a collaborative team dedicated to problem-solving

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various cell phone models
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided
• Stay updated on the latest cell phone technology trends and repair techniques
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner

• Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and high level of execution in all tasks
• Demonstrated humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
