Work-life balance: Set your own schedule and enjoy more time for what matters * Training: Gain skills through free online training and earn CEUs * Tuition discounts: Continue your education with savings at Rasmussen University * 1:1 Aide-to-Client Ratio: You’ll give your clients the attention and care they deserve Your Role: As a caregiver, your day-to-day will include: * Helping seniors with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep * Providing companionship and being someone to chat with over a puzzle, a favorite game, or a cup of coffee * Supporting mobility and assisting with exercises to keep them active * Reminding clients about their medications and keeping track of their health needs * Keeping their home safe and comfortable, making sure they can move around without worries What We’re Looking For: * A caring and dependable attitude—you’ll be the calm, steady presence that brightens their day * A high school diploma (or equivalent) and CPR certification * A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * The ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Someone who genuinely loves making people’s lives easier Why You’ll Love Working Here: Since 1966, Interim HealthCare has been a trusted leader in home care.
